Same-Day Shipping
We ship 7 days a week. Orders placed and paid by 3:00 PM Mountain Time ship the same day, including Saturdays and Sundays. Orders paid after the cutoff ship the next day. Weekday orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Weekend orders ship via UPS or FedEx.
Shipping Rates
- United States, Monday to Friday: $10 flat rate (USPS Priority Mail)
- United States, Saturday and Sunday: $13 flat rate (UPS or FedEx, weekend same-day shipping)
- Free shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more, any day of the week
- International: $30 flat rate (USPS international)
The weekday or weekend rate is based on the day your order is placed, in Mountain Time.
Because orders ship only after payment is confirmed, Zelle payments typically qualify for same-day shipping. ACH transfers can take 1–3 business days to clear, and the order ships once the transfer is received.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Weekday U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and weekend orders ship via UPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 days after shipment for USPS Priority Mail (UPS and FedEx weekend estimates vary by service and destination). Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS international services. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
International buyers are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the import laws and regulations of their country, and for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or seized by customs, and such orders are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Address changes can be requested by email before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or a package arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number (and photos for damage) within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, at our discretion, reship or refund affected items.
Storage on Arrival
Lyophilized products are stable for transit. On arrival, store according to standard laboratory practice for each compound.
