Because of the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products once they have shipped. This protects the integrity of every product we sell.
When We Will Make It Right
We will replace or refund, at our discretion, if:
- You received the wrong item.
- An item arrived damaged or with a broken seal.
- An item is missing from your order.
To request this, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Cancellations
Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time. Paid orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Payment Memo Violations
Your payment memo must contain only your order number. Payments with any other memo text cannot be matched to your order; they will be delayed and may be refunded and the order cancelled. Contact us right away if this happens.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method (Zelle or bank transfer) within 5 business days; your bank may take additional time to make the funds available.
